Hello, I am Dr. Janelle Caruano, the founder and
CEO of HHW Lifestyle LLC, Clinical Pharmacist Specialist with Board Certification
in infectious diseases, wellness educator and coach, and proud mother of two.
I help middle aged adults suffering from chronic allergies to experience relief and
improved quality of life by identifying the root cause and encouraging the body to heal through personalized lifestyle changes.
I am uniquely positioned to serve clients as I have lived through the burden of chronic allergies both for myself and my son. I have firsthand knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical, medical and holistic wellness communities to best serve my clients as a educator and coach.
Bio
Dr. Janelle Caruano has spent the last 15 years in healthcare with a passion for allergies, the immune system and infectious diseases where she has helped many patients with medication allergies through an allergy testing program she implemented and managed in the healthcare setting. Dr. Caruano has served as a speaker and educator for other medical professionals on allergy testing programs, antimicrobial stewardship, and infectious diseases at conferences, symposiums and through newsletters. Her collaborative work and accomplishments have been published in the Delaware Journal of Public Health as well as being named the Pharmacist of the Year through the Delaware Society of Health-System Pharmacists in 2013.
Not only has she helped her patients, but she is a living testimony to transforming health through holistic wellness for both herself and her son’s struggles with asthma and allergies. With HHW Lifestyle LLC, Dr. Caruano utilizes helps middle-aged adults suffering from chronic allergies, experience improved quality of life by identifying the root cause and encouraging the body to heal with personalized lifestyle changes. Her approach is the achievement of a healthier immune system through the support of nutrition, gut health and lifestyle modifications. She has always had a drive and desire to help others, and is excited to do so in a way she lives by and believes about health and wellness. Dr. Caruano’s vision is for her clients to experience the Health, Happiness and Wholeness (HHW) they deserve!

What is HTMA?
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive, easy to do test by collecting a small sample of your hair that gives an accurate report of your tissue levels of 36 key minerals and heavy metals impacting your health. A wide range of health conditions are affected by mineral imbalance, including problems with infections, allergies, blood sugar, fatigue, adrenal problems, thyroid issues, weight gain, depression, anxiety, personality changes, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, reactivity to stress, addictions, liver and kidney problems, digestive issues, inflammation, PMS, and more. HTMA will provide the information needed to determine what imbalances are at the root cause of your health conditions. Once the mineral system is back into balance, it improves health and allows the body to detoxify any heavy metals and chemicals from the body in a gentle and safe way.
How is HTMA different from a blood test showing these minerals?
While routine blood work is important for capturing the amount of a mineral at a specific point in time, HTMA shows the amounts of those minerals over a 3-4 month window and provides a deeper look over time. Blood work shows the amount of these minerals outside of your body's cells, however, HTMA shows the minerals inside the cell and provides a picture of what your body is actually using.
With the HTMA test and consultation, your hair tissue sample will be sent for analysis. Once results are received a consultation will be scheduled to review the HTMA results with you and provide a personalized recommendations.
