Hello, I am Dr. Janelle Caruano, Functional Medicine Practitioner as the founder and

CEO of HHW Lifestyle LLC, Clinical Pharmacist Specialist with Board Certification

in Infectious Diseases, Health Educator and Coach, and proud mother of two.

What is functional medicine?

Functional medicine is a patient-centered approach that focuses on identifying and

addressing the root cause of a disease. In other words, functional medicine seeks to

answer the question “Why are you ill?”

I help middle aged adults suffering from chronic allergies to experience relief and

improved quality of life by identifying the root cause and encouraging the body to heal through personalized lifestyle changes.

I am uniquely positioned to serve clients as I have lived through the burden of chronic allergies both for myself and my son. I have firsthand knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical, medical and holistic wellness communities to best serve my clients as a health coach.

Bio

Dr. Janelle Caruano has spent the last 14 years in healthcare with a passion for allergies, the immune system and infectious diseases, where she has helped many patients with medication allergies through an allergy testing program she implemented and managed in the healthcare setting. Dr. Caruano has served as a speaker and educator for other medical professionals on allergy testing programs, antimicrobial stewardship, and infectious diseases at conferences, symposiums and through newsletters. Her collaborative work and accomplishments have been published in the Delaware Journal of Public Health as well as being named the Pharmacist of the Year through the Delaware Society of Health-System Pharmacists in 2013.

She is a living testimony to transforming health through holistic wellness for both her own struggles with allergies and asthma as well as her son's struggles with allergies, asthma and eczema. With HHW Lifestyle LLC, Dr. Caruano helps middle aged adults suffering from chronic allergies to experience relief and improved quality of life by identifying the root cause and encouraging the body to heal through personalized lifestyle changes. She has always had a drive and desire to help others, and is excited to do so in a way she lives by and believes about health and wellness. Dr. Caruano wants everyone to experience the Health, Happiness and Wholeness (HHW) they deserve.

Vision

My vision for my clients is to experience a better quality of life. I want those I serve to feel their best so they don’t have to miss out on life anymore because of their allergies. I want them to find healing and inner peace, the “health, happiness and wholeness” they deserve to experience.
